This project is a Development Application to be submitted to Inner West Council for a residential property in Ashfield.
The existing property sits on a quiet street and is a single-storey detached brick dwelling with lean-to additions to the rear and a fibro garage. The proposed works include new landscaping, the demolition of internal walls, lean-to additions, and fibro garage, and the construction of new internal walls and a rectangular rear wing.
The Development Application includes a Statement of Environmental Effects, Planning Controls and Assessment (LEP and DCP analysis), BASIX report, and a set of architectural drawings.
